IBPS SO Recruitment Notification 2019:
Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection (IBPS) has recently released the notification for its specialist officer recruitment 2019. The recruitment is conducted to recruit 1599 specialist officers in various public sector banks and other participating organizations.

Candidates, who are willing to apply for the CRP SPL – VII should qualify the minimum eligibility criteria as specified by the IPBS. The applicants applying for this post should have the necessary documents in original and a photocopy state. The documents will help them to know their identity and eligibility- pertaining to category, age, nationality, educational qualification, etc. The students are not allowed to do any changes after the registration process and the result will be issued on the basis of the submitted details.
The process of Online registration will begin on November 6 and the last date to apply is November 26, 2019.
The official notification conveys that the prelims will be conducted on December 28 and 29, 2019. Those who will clear the prelims will have to appear for mains and interview.
The result of the prelims will be declared in the month of January 2020 after which the electronic-call letter for the main exam will be executed.
The online main exam will be on January 25, 2020. The IBPS Main result will be declared in the month of February and the interview will take place in the month of February. The allotment of the jobs will be done in the month of April 2020.
The educational qualifications are different for different posts. Candidates are required to check the same in the official notification.
The candidate age should be between 20 and 30 years (i.e. the candidate should not have been born earlier than 02.011.1989 and not later than 01.11.1999 – both dates inclusive).

IBPS SO Recruitment Procedure as follows:
The required number of candidates in each category will be shortlisted by IBPS depending upon the requirements.
To get selected in the interview the candidate needs to qualify the professional knowledge test in the main exam.
The candidate participated will be sitting in an interview organized by the participating organizations which will hold an Interview that will be coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each State / UT with the help of IBPS.
The last and final result will be declared on the basis of a candidate’s overall performance in IBPS SO Mains and Interview Rounds.
The provisional allotment of the eligible candidate will be released on the official website. The allotment of the Bank to candidates is done on the basis of the preferences they made at the time of the online registration.
IBPS plays an important role in the selection process until the provisional selection of different banks is done. Further, the qualified candidate’s details will be shared by the IBPS to inform the qualified candidates about their joining dates and procedures lies with the respective banks.
IBPS SO Prelims Exam Pattern
The exam of the IBPS SO preliminary is of two-hour duration and is conducted online. The IBPS exam consists of an 3 sections having 150 questions in total with a maximum score of 125 marks. The negative marking in IBPS SO is that one-fourth marks are deducted for every wrong answer.
